1. About MyJourneyTracker

MyJourneyTracker is a web-based health and wellness platform that supports individuals prescribed GLP-1 medications (e.g. Mounjaro, Ozempic, Wegovy). The service provides tools for injection scheduling, weight and mood tracking, side-effect monitoring, and progress journaling.

This platform is designed for wellness and personal health management. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical decision-making.

3. Eligibility and Account Use

To use MyJourneyTracker, you must:

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You must not share access or impersonate another individual.

4. Clinical Relationships and Healthcare Integration

MyJourneyTracker currently provides wellness tracking tools that may complement medical care. We are not a healthcare provider and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4.2 Clinical Tier Subscription

Our Clinical Monthly subscription (£29.99/month) is designed for healthcare professionals and includes:

• Enhanced reporting features
• Data export capabilities suitable for clinical consultation
• Priority support for healthcare-related queries
• Future access to clinical integration features (subject to regulatory approval)

4.3 Future Healthcare Integration

We are developing integrations with:

• NHS clinical systems (EMIS Web, SystmOne, Vision)
• FHIR-compliant healthcare data exchange
• Clinical decision support tools
• Healthcare provider portals

Important Disclaimers:

• Healthcare integrations are subject to NHS Digital approval and clinical governance
• Your explicit consent will be required for each clinical data sharing arrangement
• Healthcare providers using our platform remain responsible for all clinical decisions
• We assume no liability for medical decisions based on self-reported wellness data

5. Consent and Authorisations

By using MyJourneyTracker, you consent to:

7.2 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Current subscribers will maintain their pricing tier until their next renewal period.

10. User Content and Responsibility

Emergency Situations: If you experience serious side effects or medical emergencies, contact emergency services immediately (999 in UK, 112 in EU). Do not rely on MyJourneyTracker for emergency medical situations.

Clinical Data Accuracy: While we implement robust security measures, users are responsible for the accuracy of self-reported health data. Healthcare providers should verify all patient-reported information independently.

MyJourneyTracker is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific outcomes.

To the extent permitted by law, Think Menai Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Clinical decisions based on self-reported data
• Third-party system outages or integration issues

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or injury caused by negligence or fraud.

14. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or pose a security or legal risk.

Following account closure, your personal data will be retained or erased in line with our data retention policy and applicable laws.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

15.1 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. However, your statutory consumer rights under your local jurisdiction remain unaffected.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

UK/EU Users: Disputes will be resolved through English courts, with alternative dispute resolution available through approved schemes.

International Users: We will respect local consumer protection laws and data protection requirements in your jurisdiction, provided they do not conflict with UK law.
